Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy
It is best known as MBCT. It is generally based on a type of meditation. It teaches the art of experiencing the present moment. Whatever you are experiencing in the present moment, whether pleasant or unpleasant, the therapy teaches how to control your thoughts and mind. 

Behaviour Therapy
It is a significant part of CBT, but it doesn't change your attitudes and beliefs. Its main focus is on encouraging activities that satisfy you, give your pleasure and find rewarding doing them. It teaches a person who engages yourself by keeping yourself active instead of inactive.
